Legacy on the Mountain is a feature-length documentary following the John R. Hayes High Steppin’ Majorettes & Drum Corps over a year, interwoven with the history of Black Asheville. The spirit of a legendary high school band is reborn through a youth majorette and drum corps program in a public housing community.
